Strelka Law Office Advances Civil Rights Suits for the Visually Impaired Against Banks and Credit Unions

The Bristol Herald Courier reported on a series of lawsuits by Strelka Law Office against banks and credit unions in Virginia.  Strelka Law Office is attempting to force financial services providers to update their websites and online services to accommodate visually impaired internet users.  These cases are brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  In 2017 (and likely 2018), Strelka Law Office was the largest filer of lawsuits under the Americans with Disabilities Act in Virginia federal courts.  The article may be read HERE.
