Jacqueline B. Chaffee

Jacqueline Browder Chaffee received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, and her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review.  

After graduating law school, Jacqueline worked as a litigator for a large law firm in Washington, D.C., and gained invaluable experience drafting documents and managing all aspects of discovery for several litigations, analyzing contracts, and presenting strategic analysis to clients.

Since 2015, Jacqueline has focused her practice on labor and employment law, and has drafted complaints, opposition briefs, mediation submissions, discovery requests, and legal research memoranda for numerous employment-related claims originating from age discrimination, race discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, discrimination based upon an employee’s disability, unpaid wages and overtime compensation, and sexual harassment.
